I have heard of a game called The Battle for Middle Earth, and it looks rather cool. I may just have to play it sometime. When I think about playing a game like this, I do go out and look for fansites, for support, chit-chat, and community involvement in the game. One of the better fansite/blogs that is dedicated to The Battle for Middle Earth is a site with the title The Battle for Middle-earth Blog. This site uses Wordpress, and has the XDForum plugin installed for discussion of the game. It has a good collection of maps, screenshots, history, game help/strategy. It’s quite pleasing to look at as well, with a customized look at feel to the site. Good Job!
